Now I am back from the trip ...

I am back from the trip to Europe. After being away nearly a month, it's good to be home again. We visited London, Paris, Vienna, and Salzburg and had expected Salzburg the coldest but strangely it turned out it was Paris that gave us the most freezing experience. Actually there was virtually no snow in Vienna and Salzburg although we brought our snow boots with us even though they took a lot of space in our suitcases.

We enjoyed the operas, operettas, symphony orchestra, and Cirque du Soleil and bought some interesting and useful things and some not so interesting and not so useful things. One of the useful things we bought was a mug; a tall white mug with pink roses. A pale pink rose on the front and another rose in deep pink on the back and a small bud on inside and a much smaller bud on the handle and bottom respectively. We found it in Salzburg but it is an English bone chine, well, who cares what you buy in where, they are all European Union, right? Anyway it's a really beautiful mug; I fell in love in its shape firstly and roses design secondly.
